GENERAL RULES: –
The College has a spacious library and reading room. It is open to all students having a valid college identity card. The library is open between 07.30 a.m. to 03.30 p.m. throughout the year.
OTHER RULES: –
Every student entering the library premises should have an identity card. It should be produced as and when demanded by the library staff.
Identity Card and Reader’s Ticket are non –transferable.
Students must handle books or any other material such as periodicals, etc. with great care. Any attempt to damage books or periodicals by defacing or tearing the pages will be treated as misconduct and strictly dealt with.
If the identity Card and Reader’s Ticket are lost, a duplicate will be issued on payment of Rs.100/-.
Silence and discipline must be maintained in the library.
Textbooks, reference books,s, and journals will be issued to students against identity cards. Students are not allowed to take them outside the Library Reading Hall. Every student is expected to read and strictly follow the instruction given on the reverse side of the identity Card and Reader’s Ticket.
Rules regarding Study Room, Home Issue, fine for late return or loss of book, etc. are displayed on Library Notice Board. Students are expected to read and strictly follow those notices.
